Benoite Lombard 1923 - 2007 Benoite Lombard, 84, wife of the late Joseph Adelbert Lombard, of Champlain Street, Dieppe, passed away Saturday, October 20, 2007 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital following a lengthy illness.. Born September 25, 1923 in Bouctouche, she was the daughter of the late Alyre and Emma (LeBlanc) LeBlanc. She is survived by her two sons, Paul Caissie of Florida and Jean-Charles Lombard of Dieppe; two grandchildren, Tara and Lysanne Lombard; her brothers and sisters, Gilbert Smith (Alexander), Léonette McLean, Marguerite Maillet, and Gervais LeBlanc all of Moncton, Fernande Leger of Toronto, Thérèse Bastarache, Elmo (Huguette), Jean-Paul, and Ulric LeBlanc all of Bouctouche; many nieces, and nephews. Besides her husband, she is predeceased by a sister, Yolande Allain; also a brother, Valéry. Resting at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900), Monday, October 22, 2007 from 9:30 a.m. until time of departure (10:50) for Our Lady of Assumption Cathedral, Moncton, from where the funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.
