Albert Richard 1928-2007 PETIT CAP, NB - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Albert Richard of Petit Cap on Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital. Husband of the late Florida (Boudreau) Richard. Born on October 14, 1928, son of the late Philippe and Alvina (Melanson) Richard. Albert is survived by a daughter Muriel (Yvon) Duguay of Petit-Cap; four sons, Guy (Odette) of Petit-Cap, Robert of Shediac, Camille (Marie) of Shemogue and Roland of Petit-Cap; four grandchildren, Chris, Kristal, Kody and Randy; one step granddaughter, Crystal; as well as one step great grandchild, TJ. Albert will also be sadly missed by six sisters, Hermine (Roger) Robichaud, Anna (Eric) LeBlanc, Lorette (Adrice) LeBlanc, Leoline (Eric) Richard, Yvette (Euclide) Boudreau, Gloria Richard and two brothers, Francois (Suzanne) Richard and Antoine (Maria) Richard. Besides his wife and parents, Albert was predeceased by a daughter, Denise; three sisters, Nora Thibodeau, Yvonne Marie Richard and Elodianne Jacob; four brothers, Camille, Tilmon, Laurie and Leo. Albert was a fisherman and owner of Petit-Cap Fisheries from 1955 to 1988. In respect with Albert's wishes, cremation will take place followed by a memorial service to be held on Saturday November 17, 2007 from St. Thimothee Church in Shemogue at 11:00 am. Interment in St. Thimothee Cemetery. Remembrances in Albert's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donor's choice.
