Geneva M. Bernard SHEDIAC CAPE, NB - Geneva M. Bernard, 75 of Shediac Cape and formerly of Lutes Mountain, surrounded by her loving family, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Wednesday, November 14, 2007. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Ben and Emma (O'Brien) Arsenault. Geneva was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She attended Notre Dame de Grace Roman Catholic Church and enjoyed gardening, making preserves, entertaining and spending quality time with her family and especially her grandchildren. Geneva will be sadly missed by her children, John (Roxanne), Lutes Mountain, Jim (Cathy) and Daniel, both of Shediac Cape, Donna Lutes (Irvin), Lutes Mountain; grandchildren, Katie Lehman (Clement), California, Jody-Lea Chamberlain (Travis), BC, Clinton Bernard (Coralie), Salisbury, Amy Bernard, Shediac Cape; great grandsons, Bayden, Greyson; twin sister, Jeannette Arsenault, Farnham, PQ, Viola Brown (Alec), England; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence Bernard (2003); sisters, Bertha, Alice, Bella. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Rd., Moncton (858-1995), Friday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral service at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel, Saturday, November 17, 2007, 10 am, Rev. Bernard Sloan officiating. Refreshments following the service.
