Armand J. Vautour 1930-2008 St Louis de Kent, NB - Mr. Armand J. Vautour passed away at the Georges-L DuMont Hospital, Wednesday January 9th, 2008 at the age of 77. Born February 5th, 1930, he was the son of the late Joseph Jacques Vautour and Mélanie (Daigle) Vautour. Retired, Armand was a Merchant Marine, a member of the Golden Age Club and loved playing cards. He leaves to mourn his wife, Mrs. Lina (Richard) Vautour; six sisters, Célamire (Edgar) Robichaud of Richibucto, NB, Lorraine McGrath of Saint John, NB, Sémida Ruel (Don) of San Diego, California, Marie-Laure (Arthur) Haselman of Hampton, Connecticut, Victoria (Louis) Legresley of Brantford, Ontario and Auréa (Joseph) Legresley of Ontario; two brothers, Valmont of St. Louis de Kent, NB and Gérald of Sabatus, Maine; and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by four brothers, Léo of St. Louis de Kent, Emery of St. Louis de Kent, Ulyse of St. Louis de Kent and Adrien of Saint John, NB. Resting at the Thompson's Memorial Home in St. Louis de Kent, NB on Sunday, January 13th, 2008 from 7 to 9 pm and Monday from 2 until the funeral. The Funeral mass will be held at the St Louis des Francais Roman Catholic church in St. Louis de Kent Monday, January 14th at 4 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
