H. Ruth Estabrooks H. Ruth Estabrooks, 79, of Moncton with her loving family at her side passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital on Saturday January 19, 2008. Born in Pictou, NS, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Rita (Sarson) Baker. Ruth was a loving wife, mother and sister. She was a member of Humphrey Memorial United Church and former choir member. Ruth enjoyed her involvement with her church and spending time with her loving friends. Ruth will be sadly missed by her son, James (Jim) Moncton; sister, Shirley Ivey, Toronto; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Arnold C. Estabrooks (Feb. 2004); brother, Bill (1986). Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Rd., Moncton (858-1995), Tuesday 2 to 4, 7 to 9. Funeral Service at Humphrey Memorial United Church, Massey Ave., Wednesday January 23, 2008, 1pm, Rev. Gayle MacDonald officiating. Reception following the service. Interment in the Elmwood Cemetery.
