J. Guillaume "Willie" Bourque 1929 - 2008 J. Guillaume "Willie" Bourque, 78, of Providence St., Shediac passed away suddenly on Wednesday, February 6, 2008 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton. Born June 24, 1929 in Grande-Digue, he was the son of the late Arthur and Régina (Goguen) Bourque. He was Veteran during the Korean War . Mr. Bourque retired in 1984 after 32 years of service with the Department of National Defense in Downsview, Ontario. He was a member of the Shediac Golden Age Club. He is survived by his common law wife, Norma Belliveau, five sisters: Rita Bourque, Florence Bourque (Néri), Yolande Richard (Léo) and Bernadette Bourque all of Grande-Digue, Sylvia Doiron of Acadieville; two brothers: Réginald (Rita) and Henri (Yvette) both of Grande-Digue; and by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his 1st wife Bertha (Melanson) Bourque, and by one sister, Georgina Butt. As per Willie's request, there will be no visitation. The Funeral Mass will be held at La Visitation Roman Catholic Church in Grande-Digue at a later date and time to be announced. Interment in Grande-Digue.
