Patricia Pettley 1932 - 2008 Patricia Pettley (Patsy), aged 75, has passed away on Wednesday, February 6th, 2008 at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne de Kent. Patsy resided in a residence administered by "Le Phare des Services Communautaire, Inc." in Bouctouche for the past 25 years with her true family. Born in Shediac on March 18th, 1932, and unfortunately having a deficiency and health problems, she was abandoned at an early age in an institution where she spent 30 years. We have never been able to identify the members of her family. She is survived by all the residents and the employees who supported her through the years, especially her friends at the Residence Bouctouche 2; Diane Richard, Cécile Chevarie, Eva Daigle, Fernande Caissie, Irène Doucette, and all other employees of the residence. The people that have known Patsy will remember her for her good sense of humor, her gentleness, and her love of life. Patsy was a special needs person who was loved by all. Visitation will be held at the Maillet Funeral Home Ltd., 29 rue de l'église, Bouctouche on Monday, February 11th, 2008 from 2 to 4 with the service at the Funeral Home at 4:00 pm on Monday, February 11th.
