Laura " Dora " Goguen 1935 - 2008 Laura "Dora" Goguen, age 72, of Saint-Paul, and formerly of Saint-André, has passed away on Monday February 11th, 2008 after a brief illness at the Moncton City Hospital. She was the wife of the late Joseph Goguen (1985). Born in Bouctouche on December 21st, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Fred and the late Alvida (Collette) Goguen. Laura is survived by five daughters, Hélène Niles (Maurice) of Cap-Pelé, Marie Goguen of Shediac, Léa Vautour (Danny) of Saint-Paul, Alvida Poirier of Saint-Charles, Annie Goguen of Ontario; three sons, Normand (Lisa), Joe, both of Saint-Paul, David of Bouctouche; two sisters, Marguerite Landry, Patricia Cormier both of Bouctouche; five brothers, Johnny, Jean-Paul (Yvette), Alban (Rose-Mai), Jean-Claude (Pauline), Ted all of Bouctouche; eleven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by one son, Edouard (1992); one sister, Emilie, and one brother, Edouard. Visitation will be held at the Maillet Funeral Home Ltd., 29 rue de l'église, Bouctouche on Thursday February 14th, from 7 to 9 and on Friday from 9 to 10:45 am. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche on Friday February 15th, 2008 at 11:00 am. Interment will be in the parish cemetery in the spring.
