Bruce MacDonald MEMRAMCOOK, NB - Bruce MacDonald of Memramcook passed away at his residence on Tuesday April 1, 2008 at the age of 53. Born in Glace Bay, he was the son of the late Micheal MacDonald (April 1997) and the late Bess Maclean (Dec 2007). He worked as a correctional officer at the Dorchester Penitentiary. He was an avid fly fisherman and loved to cook. He is survived by his fiancée, Catherine Cormier and her children, Marcel and Josée; his two daughters, Brandy and Alishia both of Halifax; and his son, Chris (Emilie Audet) of Gatineau, PQ; one sister, Lillian (Vince) Gallant of St-John's, NFL; and two brothers, Ian and Paul both of Kentville. Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, 15 Rte La Vallée, Memramcook on Thursday April 3 from 7 to 9 pm and Friday April 4 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 6:30 pm. Funeral mass will be held at Saint Thomas de Memramcook Roman Catholic church, Saint Joseph on Friday April 4 at 7:00 pm.
