Aline LeBlanc The death of Aline LeBlanc of the Villa de Providence, Shediac and formerly of Shemogue, NB occurred at the Villa on Friday, April 11, 2008 at the age of 82 years. Born in Caraquet, she was a daughter of the Late Victor and Angèle (Lanteigne) Lanteigne. Aline was a school teacher and taught in the local schools for 33 years. She was a member of St. Timothy's Church and "Legion Marie". Aline was a member and past-president of Club d'âge d'or de Shemogue. Left to mourn are her daughters, Jeanne (Donato) Didonato, Moncton, Claire LeBlanc, Caraquet, Rita (Bernard) Cormier, Greater Shemogue, Joceline (Guy) Leger, Quispamsis, Pauline (Gaston) Vautour, Cap Pelé and Rachel (Michel) Leger, Cormier Village; a son, Laurie (Jeanette), Greater Shemogue; twelve grandchildren, Lisa, Sergio, Roberto, Michelle, Nicole, Thérèse, Paulette, Jean-François, Marie-Josée, André-Michel, Simon, and Yves; nine great-grandchildren; a brother, Victor (Béatrice) Lanteigne, Beresford; and sister, Sr. Éliane Lanteigne, Edmonton. Aline was predeceased by her husband Laurie in 1978, and seven brothers and sisters. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Jones Funeral Home, Port Elgin, NB (506-538-2241). Visiting hours will be at Club d'âge d'or de Shemogue Sunday, April 13 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and Monday morning from noon until time of departure to St. Timothy' Church, Shemogue where the funeral mass will take place at 1 pm, Rev. Father Emery Brien officiating. Burial will take place in the Parish Cemetery in the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Breast Cancer Research, or the Villa de Providence. www.jonesfuneralhome.ca
