Laurie Levi LeBlanc

Laurie Levi LeBlanc 1928 - 2008 Laurie LeBlanc passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 1, 2008 at the K.E. Spencer Memorial Home after a lengthy illness. Born on June 9, 1928 in Port Elgin, son of the late Joseph and Marie Blanche (Leger) LeBlanc. He will be sadly missed by his wife Joan; one daughter, Heather of Moncton; one son, Mark (Lynn McEachern) of Riverview; six sisters, Celeste Melanson, Lucy Melanson, Pamela Melanson all of Moncton, Lorraine Atkinson of Sackville, Lorette Woodward of Florida, Shirley Groleau of Montreal; and one brother, Bob (Lorraine) LeBlanc of Moncton. Besides his parents, Laurie was predeceased by one brother, Charlie; and one sister, Vicki. Arrangements entrusted with Fair Haven Funeral Home, 1177 Salisbury Road, Moncton (506) 852-3530 with visitation on Tuesday, May 6, 2008 from 12:00 to 2:00 pm. Memorial service will be held from the chapel of the funeral home at 2 pm followed by a reception in the Garden View Reception Room. Interment in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Laurie's memory may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation or a charity of the donor's choice. A book of condolences can be signed at www.fairhavenmemorial.ca.
