Jean Aitken Smith 1921 - 2008 Jean Aitken Smith (nee Wood) passed away quietly at The Moncton Hospital on Sunday, May 25th, 2008. Born in 1921 in Montreal, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Elizabeth (Black) Wood. She is survived by nieces, Pat, Dorothy, Vicki and Kim (great niece); and nephews, Zina and Ron; as well as many great nieces and nephews. She is pre-deceased by her husband, David Cecil Smith; and her sister, Mary Black Lacroix. In keeping with Jean's wishes, private services will be held. Interment in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
