Nora Gower The death of Nora Gower, wife of the late King Gower, occurred on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at the Saint John Reginal Hospital. Born 1918 in Cocagne, NB, she was the daughter of the late Pierre and Lea (Robichaud) Bourgeois. Nora like spending time with her family and friends and travelling. She is survived by 1 son, 4 daughters, 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; and sisters, Rita Hynes and Theresa Cormier, both of Moncton. Beside her husband and parents, she was predeceased by brothers, Emery and Fred Bourgeois; and sister, Helen Richard. A memorial mass was celebrated from Stella Maris Church, Saint John, NB, on Tuesday, May 20, 2008. Interment followed in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery.
