Alvina Arsenault 1920 - 2008 Alvina Arsenault, 87, of the Villa Providence, and formerly of Chesley St., Shediac passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at the Dr. Georges-L-Dumont Hospital, Moncton. Born October 12, 1920 in Shediac, she was the daughter of the late Dominique and Anna (O'Brien) Arsenault. She was a retired employee with Louis Taxi Confectionary Store in Shediac. She was an avid Bingo and card player. She is survived by a son, Gary Arsenault (Jacqueline) of Toronto, ON, a grandson, Émile Arsenault (Janice) and two special great granddaughters: Venessa and Stéphanie all of Shediac; three sisters: Corinne Webb of Dorchester, Doris Arsenault of Shediac, and Geraldine Ward of Montréal, QC; one brother, Edgar Arsenault of Val Cartier, QC; and by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters: Virginie and Murielle, and by four brothers: André, Walter, Léo and Maurice. Visitation at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main St., Shediac (532-3297) on Thursday, from 7 to 9p.m. and Friday, from 10 a.m. until departure 10:50 a.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 13, 2008 at Saint-Joseph R.C.
