Camille Cormier 1924 - 2008 Camille Cormier, 84, of Cocagne Sud passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on July 8, 2008 at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont after a lengthy illness. Born in Cocagne, NB, on April 25th, 1924, he was the son of the late Alyre Cormier and the late Elise Cormier. He is survived by his wife, Cécile (LeBlanc) Cormier; four daughters, Stella LeBlanc (Léo-Paul), Denise Allain (Raymond), both of Notre-Dame, Yvette Cormier (Kevin Ryan) of St-André, Danielle Cormier (Wayne Surette) of Cap-Pelé; two sons, Louis Cormier and Guy Cormier (Kathy) of Notre-Dame; four sisters, Germaine Brodie (late Frank), Stella Poirier (late Alonzo) both of Irishtown, Orise Landry (late Henri) of Moncton, Anna Mazerolle (René) of Notre-Dame; two brothers, George Cormier (Hélène) of Sudbury, ON, Iréné Cormier (Thérèse) of Notre-Dame; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by one infant son, Gilles; one sister, Juanita; three brothers Léonide, Maxime and Alphé. Resting at Notre-Dame du Sacré Coeur Roman Catholic Church Slumber room in Notre-Dame, visiting hours will be Thursday, July 10th, from 2 to 4pm and the funeral service to be held at Notre-Dame du Sacré Coeur Roman Catholic Church on Thursday, July 10th at 4 pm. Interment at the parish cemetery. If so desired donations to the memorial of choice would be appreciated by the family.
