Amanda Dallaire 1926 - 2008 Amanda Dallaire, 82, of Sainte- Marie de Kent, passed away after a brief illness at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne de Kent, on Wednesday, July 9th, 2008. Married to Oscar Dallaire, she was born in Bouctouche on April 7th, 1926 to the late Adelard and the late Delphine (Bourgeois) Pellerin. Amanda is survived by her husband, Oscar; three daughters, Jeannine Dallaire of Sainte-Marie de Kent, Simonne Dallaire of Saint-Antoine, Denise Dallaire of Fredericton; one son, Elmo (Donna) of Rexton; six sisters, Rita Babineau, Geralda Caissie both of Cocagne, Aline Cincotto, Marie Hancock (Joe) both of Waltham, Edmée Hébert (Roméo) of Bouctouche, Suzanne Moyer of Glen Burnie, Maryland; one brother, Laurie of Maine; three grandchildren, Nicholas, Ryan, Tyler, and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by one sister, and one brother in infancy. At the request of the family there will be no visitation. Funeral Mass will be held at the Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Roman Catholic Church, Sainte-Marie de Kent on Saturday July 12th, 2008 at 10:30 am. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
