Yvon Boucher

Yvon Boucher 1918 - 2008 Yvon Boucher, 90, of Foyer St-Antoine, Saint-Antoine and formerly of Saint-Paul, has passed away on Tuesday July 15th, 2008, at the Foyer St-Antoine after a brief illness. Married to the late Yvonne Cormier (1958) and in a second marriage to the late Marie Poirier (2002), he was born in Saint-Paul on January 7th, 1918 to the late Alphée and the late Rosanne (Belliveau) Boucher. Yvon was a WW11 veteran, and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #43, Bouctouche. He worked as a Dry Wall installer for numerous years. He is survived by three daughters, Simonne Boucher, Bernice LeBlanc (Normand), Murielle LeBlanc (Ovila) all of Saint-Antoine; one sister, Jeanne LeBlanc (Edouard) of Bouctouche; three brothers, Willie Boucher (Anna) of Moncton, Normand of Saint-Paul, Léonard (Geralda) of Sainte-Marie de Kent; three grandchildren, Jocelyne, Renelle, and Sylvie; and by several nephews and nieces. Yvon was predeceased by three brothers, Lionel, Eric and Phil. Visitation will be held at the Saint-Paul Roman Catholic Church slumber room, Saint-Paul de Kent on Tuesday July 16th, from 7 to 9 and on Wednesday from 2 to 3:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Paul Church, Saint-Paul de Kent on Wednesday July 17th, 2008 at 4:00 pm. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
