Robert A. Robinson 1920 - 2008 Robert A. Robinson, 88, of Penobsquis, NB passed away at Sussex Health Center in Sussex, NB on Wednesday, July 23, 2008. Born in Moncton, NB on May 5, 1920 he was the son of the late Donald S. and Harriette P. (Tandy) Robinson. He was a member of the Portage Vale United Baptist Church. Robert was the Past President and owner of Robinson Construction. Bobby was an avid sportsman, enjoying hunting and fishing, he also in his youth played hockey for the Cape Tormentine Gulls. He was a veteran of WW II serving with the R.C.A.F. from 1941 -1945. He is survived by loving wife of 66 years, Evelyn M. Robinson; as well as nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his sisters, Pearl, Laura, Jean and Colleen; also be his brother, Walter. Resting at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home, 171 Lutz St. Moncton with visitation on Friday, July 25, 2008 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. The funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel on Saturday, July 26, 2008 at 2:30 pm with Pastor Gordon MacKenzie officiating and assisting will be Pastor Robb Hunt. Interment will be in Fair Haven Memorial, Moncton, NB Donations made to Memorial of the donor's choice in Robert's memory would be appreciated.
