Evelyn Cormier Evelyn Cormier, 80, wife of the late Aldor Cormier, of Moncton passed away Thursday, August 7, 2008 at The Moncton Hospital. Born in Irishtown, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Georgina (Horseman) Anketell. She was a member of St. Augustine's welcoming committee and the C.W.L. Evelyn also enjoyed flowers, quilting, and had an open door at her home for all who visited. She will be sadly missed by her four loving children: Janet Robichaud (Armand), Ann Lanigan (Mark), Donald (Sharon), and Brian (Cathy); her brothers and sisters: Beulah Parker (Lewis), Eileen Dysart (Joseph), Jenny Haney (Jack), Roderick (Marion), and Owen (Joan); 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a daughter-in-law, Karen. Besides her husband, she is predeceased by a daughter, Linda, a son, Gary, and a sister, Juanita Carter. Resting at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900). Visiting hours Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, August 9, 2008 at St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church, Moncton, Father Yvon Arsenault will be the celebrant.
