Laudia Landry 1920-2008 Laudia Landry, 88, wife of the late Philippe Landry passed away Friday, August 15, 2008 at the Villa Providence, Shediac. Born July 29, 1920 in Robichaud, she was the daughter of the late Eddie and Alida (Lirette) Babineau. She was a retired employee with the Bank of Montréal in Toronto. She is survived by a son, Francis (Karen Larsen) of California; a grand-daughter, Debrah Hynes; a brother, Ola Babineau of Grand-Barachois; four sisters: Louise Landry of Shediac, Florence Staples of Ottawa, Marie-Mai Fisher of Markham, ON, Thérèse Krebbs of Alexandria, Virginia; many nieces and nephews. Besides her husand Philippe (1976), a daughter, Gemma Landry, also predeceased her. The interment and funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at St-Henri-du-Barachois Roman Catholic Cemetery, Grand-Barachois. No visitation by request.
