Eric Johnson 1916 - 2008 Eric Johnson, 91 of St. Ignace, NB passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton on Thursday, September 4th, 2008. Born in St. Ignace, NB he was the son of the late Joseph Johnson and Late Marie (Leger) Johnson. Eric worked as a carpenter until his retirement. Eric will be sadly missed by his wife, Marie-Anne (Daigle) Johnson; three sons, Paul (Jeannine), Robert (Annette), Jean-Nil (Lise); one brother, Ireneé; five grandchildren, Gabriel, Colette (Mathieu), Claudine (Guy), Yves (Mélanie), Joël; two great grandchildren, Alex & Chloé. Several Nieces & Nephews. Predeceased by six brothers, Narcisse, Emile, Arthur, Alban, Armand, and Fr. Camille; three sisters, Imelda, Emma, and Eva. Resting at Thompson Memorial Home, St. Louis de Kent with visitation on Sunday, September 7th from 2 to 4 and 7-9, Monday from 9:00 am until departure for funeral. Funeral Mass will be held the St. Ignace de Loyola Roman Catholic Church, St. Ignace on Monday, September 8th, 2008 at 11:00 am. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
