Jeannine Blanchard 1923 - 2008 Jeannine Blanchard, 55 of St. Louis de Kent, NB, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton, NB, surrounded by her family. Born in Maisonnette, NB, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Blanchard and Clara (Godin) Blanchard. She will be sadly missed by her mother Clara, her companion Donald Savoie and his two sons, two sisters; Murielle Blanchard (Reginald Boudreau), Rose-Marie Blanchard (Roland Savoie), three brothers; Jean-Marc Blanchard (Louise LeBreton), Eric Blanchard (Sonia Savoie), Gerald Blanchard; and several nieces and nephews. Jeannine had been a Certified General Accountant until her illness, she was an active member of the CGA Association, she enjoyed playing golf and was an active sportswoman. Remains resting at Thompson Memorial Home, St. Louis de Kent with visitation on Friday, September 5th, 2008 from 7 to 9. Funeral Mass will be held at the Maisonnette Roman Catholic Church, Maisonnette, NB, on Saturday, September 6th at 2:00 PM. Interment in parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
