Lilian A. (Sandy) Glencross Lilian A. (Sandy) Glencross, 82, of Riverview, passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Monday, September 29, 2008. Born in Sutton-Ashfield, England, she was the daughter of the late William and Maria (Charalton) Lewis. Sandy was a member of the Moncton Legion #6 Seniors, the NB War Brides Association and was a Veteran of WWII, having served with the A.T.S. in England. Sandy will be sadly missed by her husband of 63 years, Arnold Glencross; daughters, Carol Lipinski (Stan), Garden City, Michigan, Wendy Long (John), Montreal; grandchildren, Troy, Steven, Stacey; great grand children, Angie, Kayla, Andrew; several nieces and nephews. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. In addition to her parents, predeceased by sisters, Violette, Doris, Marie. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995), Thursday, October 2, 2008, 10 am until 12 noon. No funeral service by personal request.
