PAUL MELANSON 1938 - 2008 Surrounded by his loving family, Paul Melanson, 69, of Dieppe, NB, passed away on Sunday, October 26th 2008 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton, NB. Born in Lewisville, NB, he was the son of the late Neri and the late Alice (née: Drisdelle) Melanson. Mr. Melanson had retired from C.N. and was a parishioner of Ste.-Thérèse Roman Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Roberte (née: Belliveau); two daughters: Denise (Roger) LeBlanc and Monique (Michel) Haché, both of Dieppe; four sisters: Lorraine (Paul) Cormier, Germaine (Alphonse) Melanson, Claudette (Don) LeBlanc and Pauline (Fred) Belliveau, all of Moncton; two brothers: Clarence and Roger (Sherry) both of Moncton; four grandchildren: Nathalie, Julie, Samuel and Luc as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one brother, Georges. Visitation will be held from Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB 857-1901, on Wednesday, October 29th 2008 from 2pm to 4pm and from 7pm to 9 pm and also on Thursday from 9 am until time of funeral. Funeral mass will be celebrated from Ste Thérèse Roman Catholic Church, on Thursday, October 30th 2008 at 11 am. Interment at the Chartersville Funeral Home Columbarium, Dieppe, NB. Donation to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the NB Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
