Warren R. MacDougall Warren R. MacDougall, 93, of Moncton, with his family at his side, passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Wednesday, November 5, 2008. Born in South Branch, he was the son of George and Elizabeth (Warren) MacDougall. Warren was a retired carpenter at #5 Supply Depot, Moncton, with 31 years service. He attended Parkside Baptist Church and was a member of the War Amps and Moncton Legion Branch #6. Warren was a Veteran of World War II and served overseas with the Canadian Army Service Corp. He enjoyed gardening, hunting, watching hockey games, boxing and wrestling matches and time spent with his family. Warren will be sadly missed by his wife of over 64 years, Dorothy (Laird); daughter, Blanche Humble (Cliff), Fredericton and their children, Keri and Kathy; sons, Glenn (Dawn), Riverview and their children, Tricia and Trevor; Rae, Riverview and his daughters, Angela and Meghan; close family friend, Susan Wadman; great grandchildren, Tyler, Keira, Hayden, Alex, Reed; several nieces and nephews. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. In addition to his parents, predeceased by brothers, Earle, Leonard; sisters, Mildred, Audrey. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995), Friday, 7 to 9 pm. Moncton Legion Branch #6 Veteran's Service, Friday, 6:45 pm. Funeral Service, Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel, Saturday, November 8, 2008, 11:00 am, Pastor Matthew Porter officiating. Reception following the service.
