Marie Rose Melanson 1923 - 2008 Marie Rose Melanson, 84, of Dieppe, NB, passed away on Saturday, November 29th 2008 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital. Born in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Marcelin and the late Zelica (née: Melanson) Landry. She is survived by one daughter, Bella (Alonzo) Gauvin of Dieppe; one grandson, Johnny (Janice); one great grandson, Gabriel as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Auguste in 1994; one son, Joseph; two sisters: Ida and Laura and also by two brother: Joseph and Placide. Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901, on Monday from 7 to 9 pm and also on Tuesday from 10 am until time of departure. Funeral mass will be celebrated from Saint-Anselme Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe, NB on Tuesday, December 2nd 2008 at 11 am.
