Marie Allain 1905 - 2008 Marie Allain, 103, has passed away at the Foyer Saint-Antoine, Saint- Antoine on Monday December 22nd, 2008 after a brief illness. Presently residing at the Foyer Saint-Antoine, but formerly of Saint-Antoine, she was married to the late Joseph Allain (1975). Born in Saint-Damien de Kent on July 30th, 1905, she was the daughter of the late Anselme and the late Marguerite (Léger) Cormier. She was a member of the Saint- Antoine Golden age Club. Marie leaves to morn her six daughters, Rita LeBlanc of Moncton, Gloria Léger, Yvonne Caissie (Baptiste) Both of Saint-Antoine, Florence Goguen (Elphege) of Cocagne, Léa Léger (Abel) of Sainte-Marie de Kent, Elmire Allain of Laval, Qc., twenty three grandchildren, thirty seven great grandchildren, eleven great great grandchildren, and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by one daughter, Jeannita, one son, Adelard, one sister, Azélie and four brothers, Alyre, Honoré, Donat, and Hector. Visitation will be held at the Saint-Antoine L'Ermite Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Saint-Antoine on Tuesday December 23rd, from 7 to 9 and Wednesday December 24th, from 9 to 10:45 am. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday December 24th, 2008 at 11:00 am at the Saint-Antoine Church. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
