Alyre Robichaud
Alyre Robichaud 1923 - 2009 Alyre Robichaud, 85, of Foyer St.-Thomas, Memramcook, and formerly of Lakeburn, passed away on Thursday, March 12th 2009 at his residence. Born in Kent Lake, NB, he was the son of the late Arthur and the late Madie (née: Daigle) Robichaud. Prior to retirement, Mr. Robichaud worked for the Town of Dieppe's Public Works Department and was a former parishioner of Notre-Dame de-Lorette Roman Catholic Church. He is survived by one daughter, Bernice (Jimmy) LeBlanc of Dieppe; one son, Paul (Huguette) of Dieppe; five sisters: Emma Comeau of Saint-Charles, Bella Richard of Moncton, Maria Barrieau, Jeanne (Ron) Gould, both of Dieppe and Laura Mountain of Memramcook; one niece raised as a sister, Marie-Reine (Rhéal) Gaudet of Dieppe; one brother, Fidèle (Lise) of Fassambault, QC; five grandchildren: Christopher, Natalie, Mark, Marcel and Rachel; two great grandchildren: Madison and MacKenzie as well as several other nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Geraldine in 1997 and also by five brothers: Léo, Albert, Gérard, Edouard and Hubert. Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901, on Sunday from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm and also on Monday from 1: 30pm until time of service. Funeral service will be celebrated from the Chartersville Funeral Home Chapel, on Monday, March 16th, 2009 at 2: 30 pm.
