Raymond Devarennes

Raymond Devarennes 1945 - 2009 Raymond Devarennes, 63, of Dieppe, NB, passed away on Saturday, April 4th, 2009 at the Moncton Hospital. Born in Moncton, NB, he was the son of Bertha (née: White) and the late Arthur Devarennes. Mr. Devarennes was a special care worker who had a passion for fishing and enjoyed music and movies. He was a parishioner of Notre-Dame de Lorette Roman Catholic Church. Beside his mother, Bertha of Shediac, he is survived by his wife, Adeline (née: LeBlanc); one son, Teddy of Moncton; two sisters: Patricia (Samuel) Gachie of Nairobi, Kenya and Elizabeth (Percy) Hallman of Fredericton; three brothers: Norman (Maria) of Grande-Digue, Gerald (Corinne) of Dieppe and Harold (Frances) of Moncton; two grandchildren: Natasha and Kyla; two great grandchildren: Brittany and Tiana well as several nieces and nephews. Besides his father, he was also predeceased by his daughter, Susan. Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe NB, 857-1901 on Tuesday from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm and also on Wednesday from 10 am until time of departure. Funeral mass will be celebrated from Notre-Dame de Lorette Roman Catholic Church, Lakeburn, NB on Wednesday, April 8th 2009 at 11 am. Interment in Notre-Dame du Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe, NB. Donations to Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family. www.chartersville.com
