Matthias Buote 1918 - 2009 Weisner, NB - Matthias Buote, 90, passed away at his residence on Thursday, April 23, 2009 after a sudden illness. Born in Weisner on August 17, 1918, he was the son of the late Peter Buote and late Exelda Casey. Matthias is survived by his wife, Trevis Buote (Jackson); three sons, Thomas Winston (Annette) of Moncton, Harvey Buote and John Buote both of Ontario; two daughters, Pamela Lutes (Clair) of Moncton; two brothers, William Buote of BC, Peter Buote of Moncton; one sister, Georgina Jones of Ontario. He was predeceased by one daughter, Joséphine, one brother, Leonard and two sisters, Lea and Adeline. There will be visitation at Passage Funeral Co-operative in Shediac Bridge on Sunday, April 26, from 7 to 9 pm and Monday, April 27, from 1 pm till time of the funeral. Funeral Service will be held at the Passage Funeral Chapel in Shediac Bridge on Monday, April 27 at 2 pm. Donations to the Diabetes Association or donors' choice would be appreciated by the family.
