Harold D. Plume Harold D. Plume, 69, of Moncton, passed away peacefully at the Moncton Hospital on Saturday April 25, 2009. Born in Havelock, he was the son of the late Chesley "Hap" Plume and Pauline (Colpitts) Plume. Harold grew up on a farm in Mannhurst near Petitcodiac, he graduated from Havelock Superior High School in 1957, started his working career at the Bank of Nova Scotia in Havelock and eventually went on to work for Canada Packers and Irving Oil in Saint John. He moved his family back to Moncton to work in the credit department of several car dealerships and took early retirement in 1993 due to health complications. He attended the First Baptist Church in Moncton. Harold loved his many dogs over the years and especially loved spending quality time with his family and friends. Besides his mother Pauline, Harold will be sadly missed by his wife, Jospehine (Alward) Plume, Moncton; daughter, Debra Baggs, ON; son, Tim Plume (Joanne), Moncton; sister, Susan Goddard (Gary), Petitcodiac; brothers, Lesley Colpitts (Sandra), ON; Chesley Colpitts (Diane), ON; grandchildren, Beth and Doug Baggs, Winnipeg; Mike Plume, Halifax; Jeremy Plume, Moncton; cousin, Delbert McLean; several loving nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation, Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Rd. Moncton (858-1995), Tuesday 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm. Funeral Service, Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel, Wednesday April 29, 2009, 2:00pm. Rev. Dr. Richard Jackson officiating. Reception following the service.
