Dawn J. Burke 1935 - 2009 Dawn J. Burke, 73, of Moncton, with her family at her side, passed away peacefully at her residence on Tuesday morning, April 28th, 2009. Born in Dumfries, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Erma (Smearer) Lutes. Dawn was a former employee of the T. Eaton Co. Ltd. and retired Office Clerk at Livingston Distribution (1992). She was a member of Mountain View United Church, enjoyed working with crafts, playing bingo and cards and spending quality time with her family and friends. Dawn will be sadly missed by her brother, Wayne Lutes (Joyce), Elgin; four nephews; one niece; brother-in-law, Joe Hachey, Moncton. In addition to her parents, predeceased by her husband Ervine Burke (1996); sister, Shirley Hachey (2000). Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995), Thursday, 2 to 4, 7 to 9pm.
