Susan Delia Clements 1951 - 2009 Kitchener, Ontario - the sadness at losing her is tempered by the happiness of having her called home. On April 25, 2009 Susan's time here ended. Her cremated remains will be brought home to Shediac in July to rest by her son, Troy, who left us when he was only five. A small ceremony will be held at the cemetery at that time, exact date to be determined. Susan leaves behind her partner, Vic, sons Marc (Kristen) and Mathieu, grandchildren Kimberlin, Troy and Blake, parents Bill and Geneva, brother Ed, sister Margaret-Anne (Derek), nephews Nathaniel, Aaron (Alisha) and Chris, and dear friend and caregiver Garry as well as many other relatives and friends who will miss her greatly. We extend our sincere gratitude to the ICU staff of Grand River Hospital in Kitchener-Waterloo. Special appreciation goes to the ICU nurses, an impressive group of professionals whose compassion and gentleness in caring for Susan meant so much to us. To all the walking angels of the ICU ward, in any hospital around the world, thank you; without you, our loved ones would suffer even more. You are not often given enough credit. Susan touched many lives, and we thank you all for the many messages of comfort and support, and your prayers, during this trying time.
