Lorraine Lazaro Lorraine Lazaro, 92, wife of the late Thomas Lazaro, of Moncton, passed away Friday, March 13, 2009 at the Villa du Repos where she resided. Born May 11, 1917 in Dieppe, she was the daughter of the late Harry Thibodeau and Zelica Belliveau. She was a registerd nurse having graduated from Hôtel-Dieu nursing school and was employed mostly in New York where she and her husband resided then retired in Florida. She is survived by a nephew, Michel Gauthier; a niece, Regina Cormier (late Bernie), and friends. She was the last survivor of her immediate family. Besides her husband, she is predeceased by her sisters: Dorothée Andréa, Phyllis, Margo and her nephew Bernie. The funeral service will be held at Frenette's Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton, on Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at 11 a.m., Father Paul Breau officiating, followed by a reception.
