Osborne H. Bolivar 1921 - 2009 Osborne Harris Bolivar 87, passed away at the Veteran's Health Centre, Moncton, on Friday, June 5th, 2009. Born in Rhodes Corner, NS, October 25th, 1921 he was the son of the late Sydney and Lucretia (Dares) Bolivar. Ossie was a Veteran of the Second World War having served with Royal Canadian Army throughout Europe and North Africa. He retired from The Canadian National Railway after more than 32 years of service. His passions were woodworking and gardening, and he loved to play his guitar. Beloved father of Don (Cathy) of Courtenay, BC, Glenn (Lynda) of Moncton, and daughter Leona Oster (David) of El Sobrante, CA, loving brother of May, Mildred, Kay, and Betty. He was predeceased by his parents, his wife Noreen, three brothers, and four sisters. In keeping with Ossie's wishes, private services will be held. Interment in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
