Alyre Boucher Alyre Boucher, 92, passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2009 at the Veteran's Health Center in Moncton following a brief illness. Born August 20, 1916 in St. Philippe, NB, he was the son of the late Adolphe and Rosie (Gauvin) Boucher. A veteran of W.W. II , Alyre will be sadly missed by a brother, Lionel of Québec, his many nieces, nephews, and friends. He is predeceased by a sister and six brothers. The funeral service will be celebrated at Frenette's Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) on Wednesday, June 17 at 2 p.m. Interment will be in St.Philippe. Visiting hours Wednesday from 1 p.m. until time of service. The Royal Canadian Legion, Moncton Branch No.6, will hold a remembrance service at 1:45 p.m. from the funeral Home.
