CAMILLE CHEVARIE

CHEVARIE, CAMILLE - It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Camille Chevarie, 76, of Scoudouc, on Saturday July 11, 2009 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital in Moncton, N.B. Born in St. Charles, N.B on August 9, 1932, he was the son of the late Fidele and Marie-Jeanne (Thibodeau) Chevarie. Camille was a retired foreman at Springwall Sleep Products Inc. with over 35 years of service and a member of the Scoudouc Golden Age Club. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman and spent a great deal of time and love attending any sporting or school event his grandchildren participated in. Camille was strongly committed to his family. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle and he will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 52 years, Regina (Richard) Chevarie; his four loving children: Réjeanne Chevarie (Eric) of Salisbury, N.B., Edouard (Irene) of Amherst, N.S., Jean-Guy of Memramcook,N.B., and Donald (Patricia) of Shediac, N.B.; his five precious grandchildren: Nathalie, Rachel, Jonathan, Stephanie, and Jeremy; four sisters: Edna Thibodeau (Donat) of Dieppe, Bella Arsenault (Emery) of Irishtown, Doris Cormier (Leo) of Bathurst, Jeanne Doucet (Louis); two brothers: Antoine (Edna) and Odilon (Louise) both of St. Charles; and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by a sister, Viola; four brothers: Gérard, Roger, Lionel, and Léo-Paul. There will be no visitation by request. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Jacques-le-Majeur Roman Catholic Church in Scoudouc,N.B on Wednesday, July 15 at 11 a.m. Donations in Camille's memory can be made to the Palliative Care Unit at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital in Moncton, N.B. or a charity of your choice would be appreciated. Arrangements are under the direction of Frenette Funeral Home, Shediac, N.B.
