ARSENAULT, MARIE (BOUCHER) - (1927-2009) - ST. LOUIS DE KENT, NB - Marie Arsenault, 82, formerly of Grande Aldouane passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton on Tuesday, July 28th, 2009. Born in Richibouctou-Village on May 16th, 1927 she was the daughter of the late Alphonse and Délima (Zelma) (Allain) Boucher. Before retiring she had worked at the Coop in Richibucto. She attended St. Charles Borromée Roman Catholic Church, St. Charles. Marie loved spending time working on her quilting. Left with fond memories are her two daughters: Claudette Simmons (Jim) of Leominister, MASS, Martha Robichaud (Alfred) of Grande Aldouane; three sons: Fernand Arsenault (Huguette) of Lunenburg, MASS, Donald Arsenault (Janice) of Dieppe, Jerry Arsenault (Cindy) of Camarillo, CA; twelve grand children; nineteen great grand children; three sisters: Valida Johnson of Richibucto, Généva Johnson of Richibucto, Cécile Alain (Jean-Paul) of Oxford, MASS, four brothers; Adelin Boucher (Florida) of Richibouctou Cape, Léon Boucher (Norma) of Fitchburg, MASS, Aquila Boucher (Dorice) of Westminister, MASS, Bernard Boucher (Fay) of Port Charlotte, Florida; sister-in-law Régina of Leominister, MASS, and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband; Gonzague Arsenault; second husband: Hervé LeBlanc; one son: Claude Arsenault, one sister; Alphonsine Boucher, and one brother, Henri Boucher. Resting at Thompson's Funeral Home, Richibucto with visitation on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9, Friday at 2:00 pm until departure for funeral. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 31st, 2009 at 4:00 pm, St. Charles Borromée Roman Catholic Church, St. Charles. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Donations to the New Brunswick Heart & Stroke Foundation or donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
