
MAXIME GOGUEN
GOGUEN, MAXIME - 97, of the Villa Providence, Shediac and formerly of Saint-André-LeBlanc passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2009 at the Dr. Georges-L-Dumont Hospital, Moncton. Born March 1, 1912 in Saint-André, he was the son of the late Edouard and Hélène (Brun) Goguen. Mr. Goguen was formerly proprietor of the Moulin Goguen. He is survived by six daughters: Aurella Cormier (Arthur) of London, ON, Catherine Cormier (Lionel) of Shediac, Gloria Poirier (Alyre) of Saint-André- LeBlanc, Jeannette Cormier (Ronald) and Andréa Landry (Alfred) both of Grand-Barachois, Alfreda Cormier (Donald) of Shemogue; two sons: Emery (Yvonne) of Trois-Ruisseaux and Claude (Berthe) of Saint-André-LeBlanc; one sister Marie Darlington of Halifax, N.S., and by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his wife Ozanna (LeBlanc) Goguen (2001); two sisters: Annie, Clorisse and by eight brothers: Louis, Albert, William, Joe, Damien, Yvon, Clovis and Johnny. Visitation at Funérarium Frenette, 2642 Acadie Rd., Cap-Pelé (577-3297) on Tuesday, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, from 10:30 a.m. until time of departure 11:20 a.m. Funeral mass will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at Ste. Thérèse d'Avila Roman Catholic Church, Cap-Pelé. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Donations in his memory to the Dr. Georges-L.
