WHEATON, DENNIS LEE - 55 Years of age, of Cochrane, Alberta, formerly of Salisbury, passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2009, in Calgary, after a battle with brain cancer. He was the son of Hazel (Kaye) and the late Fraser Wheaton. Besides his mother, Dennis will be sadly missed by his daughter Michelle; sons, Rodney (Sheila), Jason, Jeremy (Donna), Josh (Sheri); four grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Dennis also leaves to mourn his common-law wife Terry Knox who was a wonderful caregiver during his illness, and her three children; his beloved little dog, Tanner; his former wife, Denise (Haley); sister Mary Vick (Don Sullivan); brother Kenneth (Vivian). He was predeceased by his father and brother Percy (Donna). His cremated remains will be returned home with a service at the Salisbury Baptist Church. Final arrangements to be announced as soon as possible.
