TOTH, AGNES - Surrounded by her loving family, on August 24, 2009, Agnes Toth of Moncton, formerly of Fredericton passed away peacefully at the Moncton General Hospital. She was 87. Born in Moher Co. Clare, Eire, she was a daughter of the late Patrick and Molly (Scales) Vaughan and wife of the late Janos Toth. Agnes was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church as well as the Irish Association of Moncton. She will be remembered by all for her love of gardening,especially the flowers, the meals she cooked for family and friends. Travelling was a passion for her, which included many a trips back home to Eire to visit her sisters and brother. A loving, devoted and caring mom, she is survived by daughters Maria "Nomie" Whitlock (Brian) of Fredericton, Erzie Rodgers (John), Shioban Steeves (Rollie) all of Hillsborough, Sari MacFarlane (Boyd) of Moncton, Eszter Brewer (David Dutcher) of Dumfries, Vicki Toth (Harry) of Moncton; sons Janos "John" (Kathy) of Fredericton, Gabriel "Guby" (Michelle) of Cold Lake; sisters Margaret Mulroy of England, Kathleen Browne of Eire; brother Michael Vaughan of Eire; 17 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters Mary and an infant sister; brothers Martin, John and Thomas. Visitation will be held at Bishop's Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Rd. on Wednesday from 4-6 & 7-9 PM. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday August 27, 2009 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 2:00 PM with Rev. Monte Peters officiating. Interment in the St. Anthony's Catholic Cemetery. For those who wish memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. Pallbearers will be grandsons Corey Brewer, Jarred Dooley, Mark Whitlock, Roy Hill, Sean Rodgers, Willie and Michael Toth. www.bishopsfuneralhome.com
