BURLOCK, MARJORIE ANNE (MARDI) - 50, of Berry Mills passed away Wednesday, September 9th, 2009 at the Moncton Hospital following a lengthy illness. Born in Moncton, she was a daughter of Lois (Smith) Barron and the late Mike Barron. Mardi was a dedicated wife, mother, homemaker and dairy farmer and a friend to her many pets. She was a former member of the South Eastern Farm Women's Association. Survived by her mother, Lois Barron of Riverview; her beloved husband of 26 years, Stewart; her son, Rowland Anthony William Burlock (Sheena) of Scott Road; sisters, Joan Cameron (Blair) and Elaine Steeves (Russell) of Hillsborough; Fran Steeves (Roy) of Salem; brothers, Jim Barron (late Linda) of Elgin, Bud Barron (Ruby) of Ontario, David Ives (Judy) of Fredericton, John Ives (Debbie) of Winnipeg; and by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by sisters, Louise and Marion Steeves and Betty Lewis. There will be no visiting by personal request. A private family graveside service will be held at Birch Hill Cemetery, Berry Mills with Rev. Don MacDougall officiating. A public time of reception will be held on Friday, September 11th at 2:30 pm from the Magnetic Hill Lions Club, Magnetic Hill , all welcome.
