MCLAUGHLIN, G. PHILIP "PHIL"- 62, of Shediac, with his loving wife at his side, passed away after a long battle with cancer at his residence on Wednesday, September 16, 2009. Born in Montreal, he was the son of "Gene" (McCall) McLaughlin of Calgary and the late George McLaughlin. Phil was a retired sales associate for Can-Am Chrysler, Moncton Honda and Dieppe Auto Sales. He was past president of the Board of Directors for the Glenn Abbey Cooperative Ltd., Moncton and was formerly involved in the Junior Achievement Program in Moncton. Phil enjoyed reading, camping and socializing with family and friends. Phil will be sadly missed by his wife of 40 years, Lorraine (Coen); son, Greg (Melanie), Fredericton; daughter, Lisa Christopher (Sean), Moncton; grandchildren, Nicole, Sarah and Jack; his mother "Gene", Calgary; brothers, John (Margot), Vancouver, Tony (Louise), Calgary; and extended family.
