BEATRICE MCGRATH
MCGRATH, BEATRICE - The death of Beatrice McGrath, 92, wife of the late Frederick McGrath occurred at the Mount S1. Joseph Nursing Home, formerly of Loggieville, N.B., at the age of 92. She was born August 17, 1917 in Derby Junction, N.B. the daughter of the late Thomas Clancy and Susan (Lavigne) Clancy. She was a homemaker and was affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church. In her earlier years she worked for Eaton's in Montreal and was a hairdresser. In her later years she was activity director at Mount St Joseph, a job she really enjoyed. She is survived by sons, Richard (Marcia) of Riverview, N.B., Thomas of Loggieville N.B.; sisters, Ann (Arley) Oickle of Kentville, N.S., Agnes (William) Galliah of Newcastle, N.B.; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by son, Michael; infant son, Gerald; daughter in law, Marlyn Johnson; brothers, Pat and Michael; sisters, Margaret Ladaceur, Ottawa, Theresa McLaughlin, Miramichi and Sister Mary Clancy, Saint John, N.B. Mrs. Beatrice McGrath is resting at Maher's Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian burial will be at St. Andrews Church in Loggieville, NB on at 11 am. Interment will be in St. Andrews Cemetery, Miramichi, NB. Arrangements entrusted to Maher's Funeral Home, Miramichi 773-4321
