THIBODEAU, ANITA (BOUDREAU) - 1917-2009 - Anita Thibodeau (née Boudreau), 81, wife of Francis (Frank) Thibodeau, formerly of Dieppe, passed away on Monday, October 5th, 2009 at the Villa Providence, Shediac. Born on December 21st, 1917 in Moncton she was the daughter of the late Philippe and Ozina Boudreau. Besides her husband, Anita is survived by her two sons, Mike (Terry) of Memramcook, sandy of Dieppe; two sisters, Élodie (late Aimé) Bourque, Marie Louise (late Roméo) Boudreau both of Shédiac; one brother, Alonzo (Florence) Boudreau of Moncton; six sisters-in-law, Irene (late Pat), Yvonne (late Gonzague) both of Shédiac, Antoinette Thibodeau, Andréa Thibodeau & Florine (late Paul) Lirette all of Grand-Barachois, Darlene (Michel) Landry of Saint-André-LeBlanc and two brothers-in-law; Raymond (Elaine) Thibodeau of Hubbard's, NS, Hector (Nicole) Thibodeau of Grand-Barachois; three grandchildren, Mario (Danielle) Thibodeau of Petit-Cap, Mikelle Thibobeau of Memramcook & Justin Thibodeau of Ontario; three great grandchildren, Yanick Thibodeau, Jayden Thibodeau & Patrick Thibodeau; and by many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Anita was predeceased by three sisters, Céline Boudreau (1998), Marie-Rose Boudreau, Marie Boudreau as infants; five brothers, Joseph (1991), Louis Philip (1995), Gonzague (1998), Patrick (Pat) (1998) & Jean-Baptiste (2001). Our family wishes to extend extreme gratefulness to the Colombe and Beausoleil Units at the Villa Providence for all the special care and attention given to Anita, not to forget our appreciation to all Doctors, Nurses, RNA's and everyone throughout the Villa Providence to make her stay as pleasant as could be. The family felt welcomed at any given time to come and visit. By Anita's request there will be no visitation at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from l'Église Sainte-Thérèse on Friday, October 9th, 2009 at 10:30 am, 160 Rue Ste-Thérèse, Dieppe, NB with burial to follow at Fair Haven Memorial Gardens. Donations in Anita's memory, may be made to the Villa Providence Foundation or to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by the family.
