HUNTER, LINDA MAE (SYMES) - It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden death of Linda Mae (Symes) Hunter of Douglas Harbour, NB on October 10, 2009 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Born in Emerson, NB on November 19, 1947, daughter of the late Arthur and Edith (Bunnell) Symes. Linda is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Allan Hunter; her two daughters, Lisa (David Williams) of Beaver Harbour, NB and Allyn Hunter of Saint John, NB; her two granddaughters, Jordyn and Leah Williams; two sisters, Laura (Richard Regimbal) and Carol Votour, both of Moncton, NB; one brother, Cecil Symes (Shirley) of Rexton, NB; many nieces and nephews; special friends, Charles and Freda McCoy and many more. She was predeceased by brothers, Earl and Wayne and sisters, Olive (Sis) and Phyllis. Visitation will take place on Tuesday at the United Baptist Church of Minto from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and from where the funeral will be held Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at 2 pm with Rev.
