CRIPPS, MARGARET SELINA - The death of Margaret Selina Cripps, age 90, wife of the late Edmund (Eddie) Cripps, of Norton, NB, occurred at the St. Joseph's Hospital, Saint John, NB, on Monday, October 12, 2009. She was born in Moncton, on March 27, 1919, the daughter of the late George and Emily (East) Wilkins. Margaret is survived by daughters, Charlotte and Arnold Raven of Norton, and Cindy and John Urquhart of Kingston; sons, Stafford and Shirley Cripps of Riverview, Malcolm Cripps of Norton and Dan Cripps of Quispamsis; grandchildren, Dan and Sheri, Douglas, Darrell and Lorna, Shannon, Matthew and Carolyne, John and Adam; great grandchildren, Jessica, Brandon, Nick, Alex, Zachary and Madyson; brothers, Art and Bob Wilkins both of Moncton; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her sister, Dorie Bavis and brothers, Ken and Don. She is resting at Sherwood's Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (839-2156), 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB, with visitation on Wednesday from 6 to 8 pm and Thursday from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 pm. A celebration of Margaret's life will be held from Sherwood's Chapel at 11:00 am, on Friday, October 16, 2009. Interment will follow in Riverbank Cemetery.
