STEEVES, BERYL E. - Beryl E. Steeves, 90, of ProTem Health Services, Moncton, passed away peacefully at her residence on Monday, November 2, 2009. Born in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Edna (Fulton) McAloney. Beryl was a former school teacher in Saint John and Riverview and attended First Baptist Church. She received her early education in Saint John and graduated from Acadia University. Beryl will be sadly missed by her husband of over 62 years, MacKenzie (Mac) Steeves; daughter, Betty Devlin (Roy), Stoney Plain, AB; sons, Burton (Susan), Saint John, Robert (Cheryl), Fort MacMurray, AB, Bruce (Carolyn), Strathmore, AB; 12 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; brother, John McAloney, Saint John; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by sisters, Jean, Elva, Helen; brother, Corey. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995), Wednesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.
