BOURQUE, EDGAR - 1925-2009 - Edgar Bourque, 84, of Bouctouche has passed away after a lengthy illness on Tuesday, November 3rd, 2009 at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne de Kent. Married to Juliette (Gallant) Bourque, he was born in Bouctouche on August 13, 1925 to the late Thaddée and the late Amanda (Pellerin) Bourque. He leaves to mourn his twelve children, Johanne Farladeau-Bourque (Sylvain) of Magog, QC., Monique Bourque (Bob), Lucille Bourque (Ghislain) both of Bouctouche, Diane Aerents (Mark) of Nampa, Alberta, Annette Bourque-Maillet (Guy) of Moncton, Anne Fournaise (Yves) of Sherbrook, QC. Robert Gallant (Kulsum) of NWT, Daniel Bourque (Agastina), Arthur Bourque (Sylvie) both of Montreal, Michel Bourque (Linda) of Bouctouche, Edgar Jr., Bourque (Sylvia), Stanley Melvin both of Moncton; eighteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren; three sisters, Sr Nélida Bourque n.d.s.c. of Dieppe, Léona Allain of Saint-Gregoire, Magella Doiron (Omer) of Cap-Pelé, and several nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by one son, Bernard (2008). Visitation will be held at the Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l'église, Bouctouche on Wednesday, November 4th, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9, and Thursday from 2 to 3:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche on Thursday, November 5th, 2009 at 4:00 pm. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
