MCWILLIAM, MARGARET BLANCHE 1920 - 2009 - Margaret B. McWilliam, 89, of Allison, NB, passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2009, at the Moncton Hospital. Born at Smith's Corner, Kent Co. she was the daughter of the late Ruffino and Louise (Lawson) Thompson. Margaret was a former member the NB Antique Auto Club, Citation Indian's Motor coach Association, a Life member of the Allison Women's Institute, and a member of Steeves Memorial United Church. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed tending her flower beds. She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Marilyn (Al) Burgess of Allison, and two grandsons, Michael (Raina) of Hamilton, ON and Andrew of Moncton. Besides her parents, Margaret was predeceased by her husband, Arnold (2008) and one son Wayne, six brothers; Robert, Gordon, George, Bonar, Earl and Frank. Visitation will take place on Saturday, November 28, 2009, at Fair Haven Funeral Home, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 29, 2009, from Fair Haven Funeral Home Chapel at 3:00 pm followed by a reception in the Garden View Reception Room. Memorial donations may be made to The Friends of The Moncton Hospital, the General Fund of the Steeves Memorial United Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
